Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to fill a hybrid customer service / inside sales position. This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who works well with others and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. While sales experience is preferred, it is not required. We value a can-do attitude and the willingness to learn and grow with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at Ruva Pest Control, you are the heart of our customer interactions. Your day will be filled with opportunities to connect with our valued customer base through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts. Your role is critical in scheduling and managing appointments, handling billing inquiries, and resolving any customer issues with the highest level of service. You'll also ensure the efficiency of our technicians' routes and schedules. Through participation in meetings and training, you will continuously grow your leadership skills and professional capabilities.
You will also have the unique opportunity to handle inbound sales calls from prospective clients. You will be trained to effectively qualify and close leads in an efficient manner, with performance bonuses to boot.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly and confident personality, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or office management is preferred but not required.
