We are looking for an experienced Associate Electrical Engineer who can be based in any of the west coast offices, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, or Seattle. Compensation: $103,100-$154,700

Shift: 1st Hybrid Work Environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and internal engineers
• Produce detailed design drawings, electronic models, specifications, and written reports
• Coordinate with utility companies and obtain necessary electrical permit approvals
• Manage technical and financial proposals for new work
• Mentor junior Electrical Engineers and manage workload of Project Discipline Engineers and Technicians
• Take responsibility for concept and preliminary engineering solutions
• Prepare Technical Specifications and monitor financial performance of jobs
• Ensure practices, policies, and services represent client’s best interests and comply with legislation and building codes
• Plan, organize, and manage personal workload to meet deadlines and client commitments

• Requirements 6 years of Electrical Engineering experience
• Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)
• PE (or ability to obtain)
• Strong experience with Revit
• Proven ability to interface with external clients
