Summary

In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, vehicle purchase, floow up with sold customers to ensure customer satisfaction, and delivery new and preowned vehicles. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. We have an in-house Training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Do a full vehicle delivery on all new and preowned sold vehicles
• Follows-up with sold customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow-up with service customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide customers with product information
• Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Requirements

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service or sales experience
• Team player attitude
• Enthusiastic personality
• Strong computer skills & proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
