Rush Soccer is Hiring an Executive Director Near Littleton, CO
The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the day to day administration of the front office, including but not limited to Club registration, membership relations, club communications, increasing revenue, budget oversight, fields and equipment, fundraising and club sponsorship opportunities. Developing best practices and process improvement as well as staff development are also functions of this position. This role will act as a liaison for CSA as well as being the Elite Registrar for Colorado Rush. The Executive Director must fully understand and exhibit the “Rush Way” philosophy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- 10 years playing experience
- 7 years progressive business experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be personable, motivated and flexible
- Minimum of 5 years experience in community organizations
- 2 years experience in financing and accounting
- Accounts Payable / Receivable and budgeting
- Quicken or other financial software
- Experience supervising and developing staff
- A Master’s Degree
