Rush Union is looking for an Archer Soccer Director in Dacula, Georgia.
Position Responsibilities
Budget Management:
Prepare individual budgets for each program.
Maintain financial records for Archer Soccer programs.
Track deposits and expenditures.
Provide timely program invoices to Rush Union.
Program Administration:
Administer Recreational, After School, and Camp Programs.
Regularly contribute content to the website and social media.
Communicate effectively via weekly emails to Rec league and School program participants.
Manage supplies (i.e. weekly Sam's Club visit.)
Conduct seasonal coach meetings.
Recruit volunteers to staff the recreational program.
Attend monthly Board meetings and annual meetings.
Facility Management:
Complete pre-season facility walk-throughs, ensuring equipment is in good condition.
Nets, goals, flags, etc.
Manage equipment inventory and restock as needed.
Prepare and maintain fields for play during the season.
Oversee field marshal responsibilities, including acting as a field marshal as needed.
Coaching:
Hire contract coaches for After School Programs, Field Marshal, and Camp staff.
Participate as a coach in After School Programs and Camps when needed.
Summer Camps and High School Prep Camp:
Organize, promote, and manage all Archer Camp Programs.
Coordinate staffing and secure facilities as needed.
Program Growth:
Identify and establish new program opportunities, such as Winter Programs, Additional Camps, and Advanced Training Programs.
Position Requirements:
Previous coaching and playing experience preferred.
USSF D License or higher.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with limited oversight.
Compensation:
This is a part-time, salaried position with an annual range of $16,000 to $20,000.00. There are additional income opportunities during the summer along with extra programs.
