Descripción

The Human Resources Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Human Resources team in a variety of tasks and initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain and manage of Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite), e-Verify and JobTarget accounts
  • Process invoices and meet accounting deadlines
  • Process credit cards and petty cash reports
  • Collect monthly anniversary letter for signatures and ensure letters and coins are distributed to Branches by deadlines
  • Manage the master Holiday card recipient list and process
  • Coordinate and manage Ruppert swag and online store
  • Prepare for meetings and training sessions, including room and food setup, and pick up coffee/groceries as necessary
  • Schedule travel arrangements for team, make reservations
  • Assist in creation of training presentations and materials
  • Run monthly reports, such as monthly GL reports and hiring reports in Jobvite
  • Coordinate and assist HR Director with annual AAP reporting and labor law poster contracts
  • Assist with special projects, events, and other general office duties

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
  • Must thrive in a team environment while being able to work independently
  • BS in Business, Human Resource, or related field preferred
  • Desire to grow and expand skills within the HR field
