Corporate Wellness Internship

Ruoff Mortgage is looking for a Corporate Wellness intern. This position will assist the Health & Well-Being Manager with various projects for the company-wide Ruoff team. 

Responsibilities

• Assist the Health & Well-Being Manager in facilitating wellness programming
• Collaborate with the Health & Well-Being Manager on monthly wellness challenges
• Help maintain Wellness tracking log
• Aid in the coordination of Wellness screenings
• Assist with the creation of different methods of Wellness communications
• Participate in HR staff meetings 
• Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures
• Responsible for a high level of confidentiality and security while handling personal information; verbal and/or written documentation
• Perform other tasks as requested

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must be working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Nutrition, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Outlook
• Attention to detail, multi-tasking and broad communication skills are essential

• Routinely uses office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinet and fax machine.
