The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for providing support to the Branch Manager in the day-to-day operations of the branch. This includes overseeing the inside and counter sales team, managing inventory, and ensuring that the branch meets all financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the sales team, including setting sales goals, providing training, and coaching.

• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
• Ensure that the branch meets all financial and operational goals.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.
• Recruit, hire, and train new employees.
• Manage customer relationships.
• Resolve customer complaints.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• 5 years of experience in a sales or management role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
