Position: Client Support Specialist, Weekend Schedule Full Time

Location: Remote in the Mountain Time Zone (for USA resident)

Key Criteria/Requirements

• This is a weekend position
  • 5 days/week
  • Two schedule options: Thursday to Monday OR Friday to Tuesday
• 2 years of relevant customer service experience preferred
• Personable, energetic, and a remarkable ability to be open minded to decipher "customer speak" and next issue avoidance
• Excited to work in a collaborative environment with real responsibilities
• Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively
• High degree of integrity, reliability, humility, courtesy, and professionalism to collaborate with a wide variety of different audiences and personalities 
• Entrepreneurial spirit and high sense of urgency
• Always looking to develop solutions, pursue excellence, and grow
• Love working in a fast-paced environment layered with the desire to seek out ways to be effective outside of working tickets

• Able to furnish professional and personal references upon request
• Quarterly travel required

Response Time: Average ticket first response time of <30 minutes (during working hours)

Customer Satisfaction: 95% positive reviews on tickets you own

Resolution Time: Average ticket resolution <4 hours

Use Case Identification: Identify 2 instructive client messaging use cases per week
