Rue Saint-Marc is Hiring a Server Assistant Near Jacksonville, FL
Rue Saint-Marc is a neighborhood restaurant with an abundance of regular guests. We are looking for someone with great hospitality skills to assist in making sure we are giving them the best dining experience in town!
This is a full-time job for Monday-Saturday nights. With one weekday off, we are closed on Sundays. Friday and Saturday nights are required for this position.
Hours are 4pm-close (11pm on average).
Pay is $7.98 an hour plus you will be part of the server tip pool based on hours worked. We are a team-oriented restaurant and work better together!
You'll be in constant motion ensuring the staff has everything they need for a successful service. You are required to dress well and smile!
Responsibilities...
-Polishing wine glasses, water glasses, & silverware free of smudges and keeping them stocked throughout the night
-Replenishing clean plates for the kitchen staff
-Watering guests as they are seated by the host and in free time
-Assisting the bartenders with polishing glassware
-Maintaining a clean workstation
