Job Scope

Perform duties to ensure guests have a great experience consistent with our brand by garnishing dishes in accordance with established standards, expediting delivery of food to guests utilizing table and seat numbers, and clearing / resetting tables in between seatings.

  • Conform to our appearance and grooming standards
  • Be informed of menu specifications with regard to garnishes, spice level indicators, and allergies
  • Expedite the process of routing items to tables by utilizing the kitchen display screens; communicate table & seat numbers accurately and clearly
  • Clear tables of used plates, glasses & flatware; properly scrap and organize items in the dishwashing drop-off area
  • Set tables consistent with established facility standards
  • Execute all side-job duties as assigned by management
  • Demonstrate teamwork by supporting coworkers without regard to job titles or rank
  • Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience and Skills

  • Previous serving experience required
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Positive interpersonal skills required
  • Must speak and read English fluently
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

License/Certifications

  • Food Safety Manager Certification is a bonus

Physical requirements:
