The Role: Member Services Agent (Call Center)

What You’ll Do
This is not your average call center job, this is a place for you to grow your career! In 2022 40% of our team was promoted or trained into a new skill set. Here at the Rue Gilt Groupe our Contact Center Associates are providing amazing member experiences in a fast-paced, employee focused environment. Our Associates are experts at building relationships and looking for creative ways to support our Members as they help place orders, answer questions, manage returns and find resolution for any issues. Our center is open 7 days a week 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST to help our Members.
What to Expect
Your primary focus in this role will be interacting with current or prospective Members with professionalism and positivity. Primarily you will be trained to resolve voice and email interactions interchangeably, focused on topics including general member inquiries, returns, tracking orders, and modifying orders. As an important part of the most fun online shopping experience, you will provide accurate and complete information to our members. Once you master the first level of skills you will have the opportunity to increase your knowledge, handling more complex situations and working in alternate channels such as messaging or social media.
