Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains favorable relations with all clients and sees that satisfactory client service is provided. Keeps current on all client relations via the project managers.
• Be thoroughly familiar with the company’s experience, capabilities, and personnel.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals. Coordinates with project managers for logic, scope, and fees. Coordinates all in-house information with proposal and prepares the final form for signature and submission to the client.
• Prepare responses to requests for qualifications from prospective clients, including state form 255 and Federal form SF 330.
• Surveys potential project publications and advises the Marketing Manager of those the firm should consider pursuing.
• Create, maintain, and enter information into databases accurately and completely.
• Accurately perform market research as directed and/or outlined by the Office Leader/Principal.
• Provide general clerical assistance as needed; including but not limited to printing, photocopying, faxing, and filing, assisting others in processing inbound and outbound mail, packages, and project materials via local and regional shipping carriers accurately and completely.
• Follows established work rules, policies, and procedures.
• Actively engages with other members of the company to continuously strive to improve processes, create efficiencies, and reduce costs.
• Cooperatively takes on other duties, roles, or responsibilities as assigned.
• Create, maintain, and enter business development information into databases accurately and completely.
• Participate in sales marketing meetings with the ability to record and compile data for weekly reporting as required, accurately and completely in a timely manner.
• Prepares special reports, composes letters and routine correspondence, and research information as required, accurately and completely in a timely manner.
• Coordinate local client events with the marketing manager and/or business development team accurately and timely.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines and within budget guidelines with minimal supervision.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office products and the Internet
• General knowledge of organizational structure
• Demonstrated ability to effectively handle confidential information
• Demonstrated ability to effectively handle new situations and determine what actions are required.
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
