Responsibilities:

As a Cleaning Professional at RSM, your key responsibilities will include the following:

• Performing thorough and detailed house cleaning tasks to maintain exceptional cleaning standards.
• Following our established cleaning systems and procedures to consistently deliver high-quality results.
• Paying meticulous attention to detail, ensuring no nook or cranny is left untouched for impeccable cleanliness.
• Communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and preferences.
• Maintaining a friendly and professional attitude while providing exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrating your dedication by showing up to work every day, being reliable and punctual.
• Displaying loyalty to the company and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Utilizing your problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and find effective solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, we require the following qualifications:

• We are seeking candidates with a minimum of one year of relevant experience
• Proficiency in reading and speaking English to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Possession of a valid driver's license, along with a reliable car and verifiable car insurance coverage.
