Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented professional house cleaners to join our network of cleaning professionals. We are looking to hire independent contractor workers. We want to provide you an opportunity to be your own boss.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various cleaning tasks according to clients' specific needs, including but not limited to: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing spaces.
• Clean residential houses, commercial, Airbnb, Vacation rental homes, and staged homes
• Follow cleaning instructions and checklists provided by clients to ensure all cleaning requirements are met.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail in every task.
• Do an assessment prior to cleaning to set the client's expectation
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns.
• Adhere to the company's policies and guidelines for professionalism, punctuality, and ethical conduct.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and you must carry your own supplies.
