The Opportunity

RS&H is seeking a talented Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our Infrastructure Marketing group. This position will report to the Senior Marketing Communications Leader and help support marketing, digital, and internal and external communications.

Are you a marketing professional who enjoys storytelling? Do you take pride in the development of high quality, compelling marketing materials? This position is responsible for conducting communications research, creating clear and concise content, and supporting the development and implementation of communication strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is energetic, organized, creative, and self-motivated to join our marketing team.

In this role, the coordinator will help to position RS&H for continued growth through the creation and strategic distribution of engaging content. This will be achieved by collaborating with our team of passionate storytellers, experienced creators, and visual artists.

As a Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Researching and writing basic to moderately complex communications and messages for social media and other digital platforms.
• Implementing communication strategies that are engaging and relevant to internal and/or external audiences, including supporting content creation, channel identification and delivery. May participate in developing strategies.
• Supporting marketing and business development team members with additional marketing tasks, such as conference coordination, marketing materials in support of specific clients, pursuits and/or targeted audiences.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within and outside of the firm.
• Collaborating with graphic designers in the development of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations to leverage visuals to tell a story while preserving RS&H’s visual identity.
• Assisting with thought leadership/blog articles, communications campaigns, awards submittals, advertisements, and brochures.
• Performing other duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Someone who seeks opportunities to continually learn, grow, and leverage their talents to create significant impact for our firm and clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience within marketing or communications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AEC industry preferred but not required
• Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must possess solid analytical, researching, and organizational capabilities.
