Calling all recent grads! We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator , who will coordinate, execute, monitor, and measure the organization's marketing and communications efforts. The individual should be an excellent writer and have experience in social media and graphic design. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is energetic, organized, creative, and self-motivated to join this busy marketing and communications department with a highly coveted program.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or journalism preferred
- At least 2 years' experience in marketing or communications
- Highly driven and results-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service required
- Excellent writing skills and previous experience creating digital newsletters
- Strong understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics, marketing automation technology, and email software
- Strong background in marketing and media terminology and metrics
- Experience using social media platforms for paid advertising, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube
- Experience with out-of-home advertising, including billboards and gas station advertising
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines on time and strong attention to detail
- Write, curate, plan, execute and measure the overall digital strategy across paid advertising, social media, email, video, blog, PR and white papers
- Plan, write, design, and report on email communications to partners and the public
- Write, edits and report on paid and organic social media
- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages
- Track budgets
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts while providing guidance on optimizing marketing strategies
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and format for all content produced
