Salary: 33,500 - 46,800 / year
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 to 5 years experience in the food industry
- Ability to work a salaried position with rotating schedule and weekends
- Ability to be on call for caterings
- POS system proficiency
DUTIES:
- Overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
- Training restaurant staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Ensuring company policy compliance
- Ordering supplies and product as needed
- Ensuring end of day cash outs are correctly completed
- Interacting with guests t get feedback on product quality and service levels
