Pay: Depending on Experience
Shift: Day shift Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and overseeing plant operations.
- Assisting with startup, shutdown, and operations of facility equipment.
- Identifying problems that arise and resolving them.
- Conceptualizing and recommending plant improvement strategies.
- Train, coach, and develop production employees.
- Create and implement production schedules.
- Make decisions about equipment use and maintenance.
- Ensure products meet quality standards.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety policies.
- Apply and enforce workplace policies and procedures.
- Work with freight carriers to schedule and ship products to customers.
- Sheet metal fabrication and/or assembly experience is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing.
- A high school diploma/GED is required.
- Must be goal-oriented, organized, and have strong organizational skills.
