RPM Physical Therapy is looking for a Clinic Operations Manager to join our team in our team in The Woodlands, TX. The Clinic O.M is responsible for overseeing general administrative tasks, compliance, and staff performance.
The ideal candidate

• Should have prior experience in holding staff accountable to clinic and performance standards **Outpatient Medical Experience (Dental, Orthodontist, Physical Therapy etc.)
• Should be a Team Player and willing to maximize efficiency within the clinic and help improve the team
• Should be able to perform general administrative tasks, and perform/enforce compliancy throughout the clinic.
• Should present an accessible and approachable tone as well as have excellent communication skills.
• Should have a healthy initiative and can anticipate needs of the clinic and staff.
• Experience in hiring and firing.

Responsibilities:

• Order and maintain all office-related supplies, including furniture, letterhead and new supplies as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliancy among staff and clinic operational standards
• Improve and document clinic systems
• Hold Staff accountable for performance standards
• Manage the Schedule, Cancellations, Drops
• Respond to correspondence, complaints and inquiries.
• Answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.
• Coordinate with staff on client progress

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree or 5 years office management experience High School Degree
• Excellent communication skills
• 3 Reference Letters
• Experience with Medical Terminology Preferred
• Experience in a Physical Therapy Setting Preferred
