Sales Representative - Full-Time In Person

As a Sales Representative, you'll serve as the public face of our organization, actively engaging with diverse audiences at local, in-person events both indoors and outdoors. Your mission will be to effectively communicate our cause, engage potential donors, and raise vital funds while fostering meaningful connections.

We're seeking individuals who are naturally sociable and comfortable interacting with the public. Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is beneficial but not required. This entry-level position offers swift opportunities for advancement into leadership roles.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent (18 years old)
• Comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people
• Capable of standing for extended periods and working outdoors

Responsibilities:

• Learn about the creation and execution of fundraising campaigns, engaging with our charity partners' message to the community, and providing feedback on results
• Attend weekly team meetings and mandatory training sessions to discuss and set goals, as well as contribute individual feedback to enhance our efforts
• Participate in various in-person events, held indoors and outdoors
• Strive to convert every conversation into a donation for backpacks, bikes, hygiene products, etc. 
• Driven and motivated to achieve individual and team goals

Compensation: Performance Based
