Job description
Job Summary
As a leading supplier of concrete formwork and shoring systems for use by commerical and civil contractors worldwide, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing their book of business, a hunter mindset and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
