Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness.

Duties:

- Assist in preparing legal documents, including correspondence and deposition notices
- Manage attorney calendars and appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate meetings, depositions, and court hearings
- Assist with entering attorney time

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a legal administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as document management
