As an Intake Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient intake process for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering client information, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify client information
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with management/senior leadership
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless intake process
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems
- Proficiency in using various applications (word, excel, browser)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
