Royal Plus is Hiring a National Sales Manager Near Nationwide, MD

Royal Plus is seeking a motivated and experienced National Restoration Sales Manager to sell our services and lead our sales team in selling restoration services to commercial customers. The Restoration Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing clients on a national level, and also develop a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, identifying new sales opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong background in sales, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Salary will be determined based off of prior experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase revenue and market share
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and other sales tactics
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop sales collateral and promotional materials
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and adjust sales strategies as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a point of contact for customers throughout the sales process
  • Train and coach sales representatives on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
  • Manage and prioritize sales leads and opportunities in a CRM system
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay current on market trends and competitive landscape
  • Attend Industry events
  • Travel during Catastrophe events

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in restoration or a related industry
  • 2 years of experience in a sales management role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team
  • Computer Literate; MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook (Email)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; verbally and written.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and tactics
  • Must be willing and able to travel
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
  • Clean driving record and clean background
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be 18 Years of age
  • Perform in a way that best represents the standards and interests of our company

Salary & Commissions:

Company shall pay Sales Representative an annual base salary, to be paid in weekly increments, subject to applicable mandatory and voluntary withholdings. And for each contract arranged by Sales Representative for the performance of Company's services under this Agreement, Sales Representative shall additionally be entitled to a commission as follows, subject to the following conditions and limitations:

 a. Three percent (3.0%) of all payments made by customers on emergency services contracts for mitigation work arising from water losses, fire losses, storm losses, trauma losses, sewage backup losses, etc.

b. One & a half percent (1.5%) of all payments made by customers on post-mitigation reconstruction contracts arising from water losses, fire losses, storm losses, trauma losses, sewage backup losses, etc.

c. One & a half percent (1.5%) of all payments made by customers on mold remediation contracts;

d. One percent (1.0%) on all payments made by customers on contracts for disaster restoration services related to catastrophic weather events, including but not limited to hurricanes, floods, blizzards, tornadoes, etc., and large-scale commercial projects (otherwise referred to as “CAT”). Company retains the discretion to determine which jobs shall be classified as “CAT.”

e. Sales Representative shall not be entitled to commissions under paragraphs a, b, c & d above, except as detailed in paragraph f below, for contracts arising from losses where the customer is covered by an insurance carrier serviced by Third-Party Administrator (TPA) claims program with whom Company works.

f. One percent (1.0%) on all payments made by customers on contracts for home improvements not related to the types of losses noted above in paragraphs a & b, and on contracts for plumbing, HVAC, and flooring.

g. Sales Representative shall not be entitled to commissions under paragraphs a, b, c, d, & e above for contracts arising from a “House Account” with whom Company has had and continues to maintain a longstanding work relationship.

h. Sales Representative shall not be entitled to commissions under paragraphs a, b, c, d, & e above for contracts involving board-ups, tree removal, roof tarps, single trade roof jobs, ladder assists, and carpet cleaning.

  • Paid Vacation days (one (1) week, or five (5) days, of paid vacation after one (1) year of employment. Two (2) weeks, or ten (10) days of paid vacation after three (3) years of employment. Three (3) weeks, or fifteen (15) days of paid vacation after seven (7) years of employment)
  • Paid Holidays (Eligible after ninety (90) days of full-time employment)
  • AFLAC supplemental insurance
  • 401(k) with Match Plan (Royal Plus will match employee’s deferral up to maximum of 3% of employee compensation)
