Job Summary:

Responsible for the coordination of all Togo Order taking, successful input into the POS system and friendly greeting to the members, seating and managing the floor chart for meal service.

Essential Functions:

• Greets and seats members and guests.
• Maintains a visible presence at the host stand / Togo area floor during meal service to ensure proper execution of service that meets the club standards.
• Listen, comprehend, transcribe, repeat for confirmation all Togo orders and dining reservations.
• Provide concise Togo orders to the kitchen for proper preparation.
• Receives and attempts to resolve any complaints concerning Togo orders or reservations.
• Serves as liaison between the service and kitchen staff.
• Assures the correct appearance and cleanliness of the host stand, menus, and credenza.
• Maintains an inventory of complete menus, menu covers, children’s menus (breakfast and all-day dining), crayons, pens, lighters, reservation cards, reserved cards, no phone use cards.
• Monitors the reservation system and ensures all handwritten dining reservation has a card with all pertinent information for service.
• Attends scheduled staff meetings.

Position Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an upscale restaurant / club environment
• Preferred computer skills and ability to navigate programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, experience with Jonas POS or similar software is important

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
