Responsibilities of the Brand Marketing Assistant:
- Develop and execute outreach programs to educate customers about the TruConnect program and provide personalized service recommendations
- Assess customers for enrollment eligibility based on given criteria or requirements
- Collect, analyze, and report data related to community needs, customer enrollments, and program effectiveness
- Offer unmatched customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to enrollment
- Work alongside the Brand Marketing Assistant team to create, review, and maintain enrollment documents
- Promote our clients’ positive image in the community through effective communication and branding
- Attend workshops held primarily for our Brand Marketing Assistants to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our client's services and goals
Qualities of the Brand Marketing Assistant:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a sales, marketing, branding, or customer-facing role is ideal
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients, consumers, and team members in a professional manner
- Proven ability to create meaningful relationships while interacting with customers
- Passionate about making a difference both personally and professionally
- Brings positive energy into the workplace and enjoys motivating others
- MUST be excited to connect with community members and build brand recognition for our clients!
