Heartbeat Music & Performing Arts Academy is seeking a dynamic and organized
Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. Under the direction of the Marketing &
PR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing and public
relations initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication
skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for building brand awareness.

Responsibilities

Content Creation:

• Assist in the creation of compelling and engaging content for various
• marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing materials

that align with brand guidelines.Social Media Management:

• Support the planning and execution of social media strategies to enhance
• brand presence.
• Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments

and messages in a timely and professional manner.Public Relations:

• Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns to increase brand
• visibility.
• Maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders.Event Coordination:
• Assist in the coordination of logistics for events, trade shows, and other
• marketing initiatives.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution.Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new
• opportunities.
• Summarize findings to contribute to strategic decision-making.Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for various
• marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies

and make recommendations for improvement.Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling
• meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing of bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Knowledgeable of marketing or PR, either through internships or entry-level
• positions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in social media platforms and content management systems.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is a / plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with

students, parents, and staff.County occasionally.required prior to the start of employment.

• Able to work Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
• Must have independent transportation to travel events to our sites in Riverside
• Physical clearance (Physical and TB Screening) and Background Clearance are

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour
