Title: Home Care Marketer

Blueline home Care is a growing and successful Home Care Agency providing outstanding Home Care services within NY State. We are currently seeking a new member of our team who will play a vital role in acquiring new referral sources and maintaining long-lasting partnerships with them.

Responsibilities:

• Promote the Vision, Mission, Values and Goals of the company.
• Conduct presentations to support groups, caregiver training schools, senior apartments, etc. Will also need to conduct home visits, and personalized appointments as needed to complete the enrollment process.
• Conduct and participate in marketing/outreach efforts as required.
• Follow up on leads and referrals from family members, caregivers, Home Care Agencies, Adult Day Care Centers
• Meet marketing enrollment goals as set forth by the agency
• Provide monthly reports on outreach efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with contract referral sources. Generate home care patient referrals from existing and potential accounts.
• Attending necessary community events to market.
• Ability to travel within five boroughs of New York City

Qualifications:

Experience Healthcare Marketing

Experience with Homecare A

Preferred Skills:

Excellent organizational, written and communication skills

Excellent verbal, and presentation skills are necessary.

Highly motivated and goal directed

Must be able to work in multi-ethnic, multi- cultural environment

Must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time
