**Billing Clerk - Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Billing and Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily billing and data entry demand for our afternoon / evening shift.

**Duties:**

- Generate bills of lading and manifests for our dispatch dept

- Data entry of customer info , pricing and invoicing information required for our customer' billing invoicing needs .

- Perform data entry to update customer records accurately

- Support the evening dispatch and outbound team in processing documents and system requirements for shipping

- Utilize phone etiquette to provide a positive customer experience

- Communicate effectively with disptach team and co-workers in the bililng dept.

**Skills:**

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficient in data entry . Must have past experience in system based billing software - we will train in our system once hired.

- Strong communiction skills and positive attidude

- Strong people skills and teamwork mindset

- Stong user of accounting / billing software is a plus

- Strong excel skills

- Outlook email , calendar experience

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to analyze customer needs effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
