Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher/Busser. As a Dishwasher/Busser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in our kitchen and dining areas. This is an entry-level position that offers an opportunity to gain experience in the culinary industry.

Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand
- Ensure all dishes are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly as needed
- Clear tables and clean dining areas promptly
- Refill water glasses and provide assistance to servers as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist with catering events and special functions as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety procedures is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
