Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure checks are printed on-time
- Accurate Data Entry
- Ensure vendors are paid accurately.
- Sort and distribute bills to appropriate team members
- Keeping up with new vendor forms
- Posting of transactions and ensuring they balance.
- Check processing of AP vendors
- Take vendor calls and answer any questions
- Correct mistakes that may occur in billings
- Other duties where help may be needed.
Qualifications:
- Accurate and Efficient at Data Entry
- Basic keyboarding skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Ability to work as a team to get tasks completed
- Available to work overtime or weekends on short notice
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
Physical Requirements:
Able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
