Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct territory site visits offering our water restoration/cleanup or mitigation services within the Water Restoration Department.
  • Conduct territory site visits offering our advanced plumbing services, pipe inspections, main and sewer line replacement, plumbing excavation services within the Excavation Department.
  • Follow up with current customers to offer established solutions to their plumbing or water damage or cleanup problems.
  • Meet weekly sales objectives.
  • Use established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to quote repair/replacement options/solutions and close the sale.
  • Effectively use provided company technology to upload photographic documentation for each job site visited into appropriate applications.
  • Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers.

What you need to succeed:

  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Sales experience is strongly desired, but not required.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of smart devices, applications, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Xactimate, Ridgid, and SalesForce is desired, but not required.
  • Plumbing experience or knowledge is not necessary.
  • Ability to independently problem solve, resolve conflict, and manage priorities.
