Program Schedule Analyst
Rothe Enterprises, Inc. has an immediate opening in support of NASA on the Kennedy Exploration Ground Systems (EGS) Program (LX) Support Services Contract Three (KLXS III) contract. Under this contract, our team provides engineering and technical services, program and business management support services and administrative support services to the EGS Program.
Duties and Responsibilities
Performing various schedule analysis tasks for the EGS Integrated Master Schedule
Schedule products created by the functional teams and summarize data into presentation(s)
Create schedule guidance for the program and providing schedule expertise to program members
Interface with other teams
Update schedules in Microsoft Project
Create reports for functional organizations and business wide distribution including resource charts, PERT charts, Gantt charts, schedule status, revisions, etc.
Participate in Planning and Program Management teams
Skills
Must be proficient in Scheduling
Primavera P6 proficiency is required
Understand the concepts of milestones, dependencies, float/slack, lag, margin, constraints, baselines/actuals, schedule slip impacts and budgetary impacts.
Proficient in one or more of the following: Microsoft Project and Milestones Professional
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Understand the systems engineering lifecycle
Ability to perform work within specific timeframes and adhere to deadlines.
Organizational skills are a must.
Experience with schedule Analysis tools such as: Acuman Fuse; NASA STAT, GAO Schedule Assessment Tool; etc.
Experience / Education
Requires BA / BS degree and at least 5 years’ of applicable experience
A combination of education, training, or certification that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities may be substituted for the degree.
Project Management Institute - Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience working with multi-discipline teams and customers.
Aerospace Industry experience is preferred.
Work Conditions
This position is contingent on successful completion of security badging requirements which include but are not limited to background checks, and drug screening.
Travel requirements – occasional
