Rothbloom Eye Care is Hiring a Front Office Supervisor Near Smyrna, GA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Manager to join our team. As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring exceptional patient experiences. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership abilities, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise front desk staff, including training and scheduling
- Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service
- Handle patient inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain accurate patient records and accurately verify patient insurance coverage
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill patient needs
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Handle transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of medical front office experience with at least 2 years of experience supervising a small staff.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Proficient in computer systems, including Practice Management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours, including hours from 7am - 7pm during the week and 8am-5pm rotating Saturdays.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
