JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team. This position supports the Project Controller with a wide variety of functions which include project budgets, order release processing, with a primary focus on preparation of milestone billings and collection of receivables. As a team player you are a key resource to our internal and external customers. This challenging and fast paced position requires strong inter-personal and organizational skills, effective attention to detail skills, the ability to problem solve, juggle multiple projects and adjust work accordingly to adapt to tight deadlines. Experience supporting a global organization with multiple offices is helpful. This is an on-site position with a minimum of 40 hours each week.

This position is based in an office setting. There may be times while performing the duties of this position, the employee may work / enter a shop environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts. While the work area may be described as generally clean, safe, and "not loud", there will be machining operations that generate moderate noise.
