Retention Specialist needed for workforce program in Detroit. Our program focuses on providing adults with job search guidance and assisting them in their job search. The Retention Specialist is responsible for verifying all customers in retention achieve all placement benchmarks. Job duties include follow up with all customers and employers to obtain employment verification, utilizing incentives for encouragement to report, and follow up for all customers identified as employed. Must have knowledge of funding agency and funding stream goals and objectives. Results oriented with a commitment to customer success. BA Degree Preferred.
