Youth Opportunity Coach needed for workforce development program in Savannah serving Chatham county. Duties include workshop presentations, developing resources, recruitment, assessments, and progressive case management. Program is very customer driven with performance outcomes and goals. Being able to follow policies and procedures is a must. Develop training plans leading to successful employment. Conducts orientation and workshops and keeps accurate case notes. Must be energetic and have a positive, customer service driven, attitude! Some travel between sites is expected. Position requires a BA/BS degree. Background check is required.
