- Schedule varies weekdays 3p - 8p or 5p - 8p. Saturdays 8a - 5p (two to three times per month).
- Enter car deal into deal processing system and printing corresponding documents.
- Greets customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order, parts counter ticket and/or receipt.
- Make change accurately for varies transactions.
- Reconcile cash drawer daily.
- Promptly and efficiently answer multi-line switchboard and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up on time.
- Maintenance and Filing of Service Repair Orders, Parts Counter Tickets, Hard Copies.
- Perform any other special duties as requested by Dealer and other Managers.
- Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy.
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures set forth by managers.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- 18 years of age or older required
- Must be able to pass background and drug test.
