We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and driving sales. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos
- Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations
- Process customer transactions accurately using cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are a plus
- Experience in technology sales is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a grocery store or retail setting is beneficial
