Full-time Receptionist

The Rosen Automotive Group has proudly served the residents of Wisconsin for years. We are currently seeking dedicated and talented individuals to join our growing team! The goal of our store is to meet the needs and requirements of our customers. To accomplish that goal, we rely on everyone to work together. When we all work together, we have the strength of a family. If we treat each other with respect, our customers will feel it, and the essentials of trust and relationship will be there. We are currently in search of a full-time receptionist at our Nissan Madison location.

• Schedule: Weekdays Mon – Fri 8a - 4:30p.
• Greets customers at the reception desk in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from car deals and provide receipt of payment.
• Maintain key and gas logs.
• Promptly and efficiently answer multi-line switchboard and direct consumers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
• Maintenance and scanning of Service Repair Orders, Parts Counter Tickets, Hard Copies.
• Perform any other special duties as requested by Dealer and other Managers.
• Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures set forth by managers.

Qualifications

• Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• 18 years of age or older required.
• Must be able to pass background and drug test.
