Seeking a motivated individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must have strong prioritization and organizational skills. This individual will be the first person a family sees when they enter our office and the first voice they hear on the phone. Qualified candidates must be comfortable answering phones and making calls, managing office maintenance, scheduling for 15 therapists, being self-motivated, and most importantly enjoy working as part of a team. As we are a clinic serving children and their families, an inherent love of children is a must! In addition, the right candidate must be able to work closely with the administrative team to carry out a variety of business tasks which may include, but not limited to operations, human resources, finance, facilities and communications.
Basic Qualification and Must-Have Skills:
· Education: Associate's degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Work Experience: Three to five years working within a medical clinic.
· Certifications: N/A
· Skills and Requirements:
Job duties include but are not limited to:
· Answering and triaging phone calls from patients and other physician offices
· Scheduling patient visits
· Checking patients in/out
· New client onboarding
· Working closely with the billing department to rectify client accounts.
· Working within the EHR system to ensure accuracy of patient accounts
· Handling referrals, records requests, faxing and copying
· Oversight of office maintenance
· Credentialing of therapists with insurance companies
· Interviewing and supervision student volunteers
· Miscellaneous administrative tasks
· Work with administrative team on business procedures and policies
· Cross train on all office tasks
· Perform other related duties as assigned
· Skills in marketing/advertising is helpful, but not necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
