RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECEPTIONIST:
- The receptionist will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks.
- First point of contact for all incoming questions and inquiries from their customers and vendors.
- Scheduling a variety of appointments for their senior leadership.
- Manage all the incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provided administrative support such as filing, scanning paperwork, and ordering office supplies.
- 2 or administrative or customer service experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Needs to be comfortable talking on the phone.
