Summary:
The Kitchen Garde Manger III - provides outstanding service by preparing a variety of salads and hors d'oeuvres, garnishing dishes, plating cold desserts, chopping, dicing, and carving fruits, vegetables, and banquet box lunches. Also responsible for production, quality control, safety; sanitation, preventive maintenance, and employee performance. Operate all kitchen equipment in accordance with the prescribed manner including, but not limited to slicers choppers, steamers, grills, deep fat fryers, and ranges. Maintains a sanitary kitchen and workstation based on Company Standards.
