Rosehaven Skin Bar is Hiring a Front Desk Associate Near Logan, UT

Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for exceptional customer service? We’re seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of Rosehaven Skin Bar Day Spa. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring their experience is positive from the moment they walk through our doors. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others, we’d love to have you join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Warm Welcome: Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the reception area. As the first point of contact, ensure that clients feel comfortable and valued during their visit.
  • Client Communication: Handle incoming calls, texts, emails, social media messages, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Provide accurate information about our spa services and assist clients in scheduling appointments.
  • Appointment Management: Book appointments for clients, ensuring efficient scheduling and proper coordination with service providers.
  • Product Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the treatments and services offered in the spa. Answer any questions clients may have and educate them on product benefits.
  • Payment Processing: Manage client accounts, process payments, and issue invoices for services performed.
  • Promotions and Discounts: Keep clients updated on currently available promotions and discounts within the spa.
  • Maintain Clean Reception and Spa Area: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and conducive for clients as they wait for their turn to be attended to. Clean any other areas of the spa that need attention.
  • Laundry Services: Responsibly handle spa laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels required for spa services.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Skills: Friendly, outgoing, and able to multitask.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling client information and scheduling.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle various communication channels (phone, email, social media) effectively.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with other spa staff to provide exceptional service.

Working Hours:

  • The job may require flexibility, including weekends and evenings.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
