Byington & Goble is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Logan, UT

Responsibilities

You will be expected to answer phone calls, transfer calls to the correct person, and take detailed messages, logging each into a case management system. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. In addition to answering phones, this position also includes basic/light office work at the request of other staff, such as scanning and accurately filing electronic and paper documents for quick data retrieval and taking payments. There is opportunity to expand into legal assistant duties. You must be reliable and report to work on time as this position will be relied on by the entire office and is important for the public business persona. The ability to keep client confidentiality and maintain high ethical standards consistent with the Utah State Bar's Rules of Professional Conduct is imperative from each and every employee.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred.

Working knowledge of Mac/iOS computers and systems.

Customer Service experience in lieu of receptionist experience is acceptable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
