Cache Valley Women's Center is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist (part-time) Near Logan, UT

Cache Valley Women's Center is a leading women's OB/GYN clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to women of all ages. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone able to work 3 days/week, Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for providing excellent customer service. You will be surrounded by a supportive and fun team of staff, physicians, and patients. Please note that this is not a summer/seasonal position. We are looking for an applicant that can commit to long term employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a warm, friendly manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized workspace and environment.
  • Schedule appointments as needed.
  • Verify patient information, collect necessary forms, and ensure accurate data entry into the electronic medical records system.
  • Assist patients with completing required forms and ensure all necessary documents are obtained.
  • Process patient payments, insurance verification, and provide assistance with billing inquiries.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and timely communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience as a medical office receptionist, or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
  • Spanish speaking is helpful.
