*Job Description:*
As a Sales Associate at Rose Rosa, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our valued customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect piece of jewelry that suits their style and preferences while providing expert product knowledge and guidance.
*Responsibilities:*
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in exploring our jewelry collections.
- Listen to customers' needs and preferences to recommend appropriate jewelry pieces.
- Provide detailed product information, including materials, gemstones, and craftsmanship.
- Assist customers with trying on jewelry and offer styling suggestions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including displays and merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
*Requirements:*
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Passion for jewelry and a keen eye for design and craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
