Typical task breakdown :

This role will support time and attendance in Workday - assisting work directors with time keeping for production workers, new hire orientation, manage HR inbox, support HR office hours, handle basic level reporting.

Interaction with team :

Direct coordination with HR manager, HR operations specialist, front-line level leaders (floor supervisors), and leadership team.

Work environment :

• Office majority of the time, production floor for meetings and support (requires steel-toes).
• They will never have to touch any of the machines.
