Position Summary :

Provide HR Assistance and Accounts Payable Assistance for Client and Customers.

Responsibilities :

• APS bill paying invoice submission
• New supplier set up
• Closed order invoice submission
• P-Card uses and administration
• New customer set up - information accuracy, Tax information, Credit Apps.
• Bar Code / Masterfile’s
• LOE for Non-Client Direct customers and Client loads
• Respond and Recover - Follow up on customer calls Client Direct customers
• Short Pay Tracking
• Wholesale pricing research and respond
• Uniform ordering
• Donations
• Misc. Deposits
• Cash Log
• Helping the Wellness and Flu shot clinic
